Our first sustainability report for 2024 has been published. In it, we show how we understand and live sustainability at Nur Baute – with positive aspects, initial progress and findings, but also with unfinished construction sites.

The report is based on the voluntary standard for sustainability reporting of the EU (Voluntary Standard for non-listed Small-and Medium-sized Enterprises, VSME) in the extended version (basic + additional module). The report was prepared using the beta version of the platform provided by the German Sustainability Code (DNK).

It was clear to us that before we could define goals and prioritize measures, we needed an honest picture of the status quo. So in the Only Baute Team put their heads together and started with a materiality analysis based on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Which ESG topics are really relevant for us and where do we see risks, opportunities and impact? ? To create a reliable starting point, we have also drawn up our first greenhouse gas balance sheet. To do this, we compiled existing data from various sources and processed it consistently.

We are taking the first step with this report. Over the next few years, we want to continue reporting, make developments visible and show where things are really changing.
