How is a sustainability report with only Baute created?
Insight into our implementation process using the example of LEDVANCE and SARIA

After the materiality analysis, the question often arises: What happens next? What does it take to turn content, figures and tables into a finished report that not only meets regulatory requirements, but is also visually convincing and easy to read?
In particular, companies that had prepared themselves for comprehensive reporting as part of the Corporate Responsibility Reporting Directive (CSRD) or the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), but are now looking for a suitable implementation of their content outside of the management report as a result of the EU’s omnibus initiative, the designed sustainability report is once again gaining importance as a significantly more target group-oriented format (in addition to many other options).
In this white paper, we provide an insight into our design and copywriting work based on two projects that we were able to support this year. Two very different report formats were created for LEDVANCE and SARIA, which show the considerations, coordination and design decisions that play a role on the way to the finished publication.
We would like to illustrate the specific steps that lie between the raw text and the report ready for publication and the creative, linguistic and conceptual services that are required. A look behind the scenes that shows how a sustainability report becomes a clear, credible and usable means of communication.
